The "MDMax" Doctor's office software package was designed for an office that has purchased billing from another company but needs an easy to use scheduler and possibly point of sale software.  The Scheduler displays up to 21 employees per page and up to 7 pages for a total of 140 scheduled employees covering any work hours.  It produces patient tickets that contain a wealth of information about your patients and their spending habits.  The patient ticket information is transferred directly to the Point of Sale program with a single scan.  Point of Sale operations are automated through scanning of employee and service barcode sheets.  These sheets are automatically printed with the Label Maker program.  Inventory label information is automatically created for labels by the Inventory program as new inventory is received.  These programs were designed to provide a great deal of information about your business and it's patients.  That information is provided to you to help get your patients to return and to control the profitability of the products and services you provide.  All of this is done while minimizing key strokes to save you valuable time!  The Encounter Form can be edited for your own use, and can be used to send billing information to your billing company.

Waiting List ... add to the waiting list exactly the same way you schedule a new appointment.  Special notes of up to 100 characters for each entry in the waiting list
Printed schedules, Daily shows all appointments along with free time, Weekly shows a weeks appointments, Monthly shows scheduled work times for all employees.
Point Of Sale receipt also includes the patient's future appointments.
Passwords optional for any and all functions.
Inventory screen provides 13 month sales history when looking at each line, printed report of all sales history available too.
MDMax has been "Internationalized" ... It properly displays your country's currency symbol, including the Euro.  The prices for services and inventory can globally be adjusted with only a few clicks of the mouse.
Equipment can now be assigned to rooms, or given permission to be in certain rooms to help your receptionist to keep from making mistakes.

Confirmation report gives first appointment time, employee, and patient name for each patient + home & work phone numbers.

Complete ready to run packages can be provided but require pre-payment for hardware purchase.  The software can be paid later, however, we will install a trial version without software pre-payment.   Annual technical support includes unlimited telephone and email support, up to two CD updates, and email notification of improvements and bug fixes, and availability of downloadable executables.
