With QuikChek gym software you can assure only current members are given access, use photo identification on all member records, and also track usage. Check-in can be attended or unattended, and can control either a door or turnstile. A barcode slot reader, or laser wand make check-in simple with keytag member id cards, or you can use member numbers with our keypad system.

The Point of Sale system offers your facility the ability to collect member payments, sell products such as snacks, supplements and clothing with full inventory control. Using QuikChek with our cash drawer and receipt printer eliminates the need for a cash register. The QuikChek reporting feature includes drawer reconciliation, inventory reports and sales reports.

With QuikChek club membership software you can maintain detailed records of all members and have the ability to use mail merge, print labels, run reports and search and filter member records.

In the event your facility expands, and converts to an electronic billing system, you have the option to upgrade to our QuikCheK Pro Product without paying costly data conversion fees.

QuikCheK Pro

QuikCheK Pro is our trademark product that has several modules including check-in, point of sale, member demographics, billing, inventory control, reporting, retention, and scheduling. This product is designed to work in a small to large single facility that processes electronic or invoice billing. QuikCheK Pro can be used on a network and the majority of facilities have 3 or more stations running QuikCheK Pro to handle all aspects of club management. As in all of our programs a large portion is customizable to individual facilities programs. In addition the data can be filtered to create useful management reports.

Time:Trac

Our new scheduling software is called Time:Trac. With Time:Trac you can schedule appointments for all activities including personal training, tanning, aerobics classes, court time, massage, etc…. using your QuikCheK database to access your members or as a stand alone program. Time:Trac can be customized to include the activities your facility offers and you can schedule your trainers’ sessions, control class limits and print reports. Time:Trac is sold at a 50% discount for all QuikCheK customers or can be purchased separately. If you want to use Time:Trac on more than one workstation you can purchase additional licenses and support.

QuiK$ale$

QuiK$ale$ is a lead tracking prospect management program that works with or without QuikCheK Pro. With this program your salespeople can enter prospects, schedule calls and tours, log results of both, keep unlimited notes on prospects, profile prospective members and enter contracts when they join. This contact management program is specifically designed to work in recreational facilities using the language familiar to sales staff. The market for this product varies from health clubs, individual salespeople and any other recreational facility that needs to track prospects, calls and tours. Reports can be generated to show individual results and or combined results.
